DAYTON, OH – May 29, 2026 – Elliott Tool Technologies, a USA based tube tool manufacturer, announced the launch of the Tube Titan, an all-new tube preparation system engineered for shell and tube heat exchanger fabricators and field service contractors. Designed for tubes ¾” through 1-1/2″ OD, the Tube Titan handles strength and seal weld removal, tube end trimming, and tube sheet hole beveling, all in one modular system.

At the heart of the system is an adjustable projection collar that maintains precise flush or 1/8″ tube projection automatically, eliminating the need to stop and measure between cuts. Because the collar controls projection directly rather than relying on the position of the tube sheet, operators get consistent results even when tube sheets are warped or otherwise out of spec. Standard AlCrN coated cutting inserts extend tool life on exotic materials and hard alloys without the need for cutting oil, and because the coating is standard, customers avoid the custom pricing and extended lead times typically required for specialty runs.
The Tube Titan’s lever-style feed and improved locking mechanism reduce setup time from tube to tube, while holders, bits, and locking sizes can be swapped with minimal screws and little to no disassembly. Holders and cutting inserts are designed to be compatible with Krais® systems for convenient adoption alongside existing equipment.
The Tube Titan officially launches in August 2026. Orders placed before June 30, 2026 will receive promotional pricing. A unit is also available for rental ahead of the official launch.
