As an Accountant, you’ll be:

  • Personally mentored by our company’s CFO
  • Fully cross-trained with members of the Finance team
  • Assist the CFO and Senior Accountant with all financial operations, including journal entries and preparation of balance sheets
  • Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze and interpret financial data, resolving discrepancies
  • Maintaining billing information and auditing Sales Orders for correct documentation (PO’s, Tax Exemptions, correct AP contact information)
  • Facilitating the month end/year end closing process
  • Communicating with both internal customers and external vendors over the phone, in-person, and electronically in a professional, friendly manner
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled financial reports
  • Provide general support to other members of the Finance Department as needed
  • Performing other related duties and tasks as assigned

We are looking for an Accountant. Do you have what it takes?

  • Education: BSc or BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 or related software
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
