As the Buyer, you’ll be:
- Handling the day-to-day transactional buying of goods and services to facilitate building maintenance and repair.
- Assisting the Purchasing, Logistics and Facilities Manager in planning and directing all activities related to facilities purchasing.
- Assisting the Scheduling department in processing work orders for heat treat and black oxide coating services.
- Working cross-functionally with other departments to solve customer challenges.
- Completing special projects and other duties as assigned related to purchasing, facilities and safety compliance as needed.
- Building quality relationships with outside vendors in different industries.
