Two series to meet demanding production schedules

Investing in new technology provides a competitive advantage by maximizing productivity, lowering maintenance costs, and improving operator satisfaction.

Ultra hawk

Ultra Hawk

The first rolling system of its kind, offering the speed and productivity of an electric servo motor with the capability to perform parallel pin and traditional expansion.

Rapid hawk

Rapid Hawk

Utilizes an electronic torque control system to precisely measure tube expansion and consistently hit target every time.

30% Tube Expansion Savings, Guaranteed

Offering the capability to perform parallel pin and traditional expansion, the Ultra Hawk maximizes cycle times and eliminates costly rework.

Protect The Integrity of Welded Joints

Some end customers are requiring manufacturers to use parallel pin expansion on seal welded tubes, as it reduces or eliminates the amount of pulling force placed on the weld during expansion.

In a traditional expander, the rolls are set at an angle to the mandrel, allowing it to self feed into the tube as it rotates. With parallel pin expansion, the rolls are set parallel to the mandrel which means it must be pushed forward for the tube to expand.

Fabricator Reduces Expansion Cycle Times By 80% With Parallel Pin

Ultra Hawk’s speed and productivity of an electric servo motor plus its parallel pin and traditional expansion capabilities.

“With the speed increase of the new machine [Ultra Hawk], I don’t really see a reason to use tapered pin expansion on new fabrication anymore.”
