Elliott Tool Technologies is looking for an Accountant who enjoys solving customer challenges and managing and maintaining financial records, and who is looking to further their knowledge and skills.

As an Accountant, you’ll be:

  • Personally mentored by our company’s CFO.
  • Fully cross-trained with members of the Finance team.
  • Assist the CFO and Senior Accountant with all financial operations, including journal entries and preparation of balance sheets.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze and interpret financial data, resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintaining billing information and auditing Sales Orders for correct documentation (PO’s, Tax Exemptions, correct AP contact information).
  • Facilitating the month end/year end closing process.
  • Communicating with both internal customers and external vendors over the phone, in-person, and electronically in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled financial reports.
  • Provide general support to other members of the Finance Department as needed.
  • Performing other related duties and tasks as assigned.

  • BSc or BA in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 or related software.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
