What You’ll Do:
- Plan: Develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive product awareness and adoption.
- Evaluate: Examine market trends and customer insights to inform pricing, positioning, and promotion.
- Equip: Create sales enablement tools and written materials that clearly communicate product value.
- Launch: Support new product introductions with effective go-to-market plans and campaign execution.
- Measure: Track KPIs and present insights on product performance metrics.
- Research: Conduct competitive analyses and recommend strategies to strengthen Elliott’s market position.
- Collaborate: Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Operations.
What’s a typical day like?
Your morning begins with a marketing team huddle to review product launch performance. You analyze the latest campaign data and share insights on which messages are resonating most with target customers.
Next, you work with Engineering and Sales to develop content for an upcoming product release—translating technical features into compelling customer benefits. After lunch, you refine pricing recommendations based on recent feedback and competitor activity, then publish a product performance dashboard to track progress against KPIs.
Every day, you’ll combine creativity with analytics—turning insights into action and helping drive the success of Elliott’s products in the marketplace.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 3+ years in marketing (B2B preferred), with background in product or campaign management.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and clearly communicate complex or technical information.
- Product Expertise: Demonstrated success supporting product launches, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate findings into strategy.
- Technology: Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Teamwork: Collaborative, curious, and comfortable working across departments and disciplines.
