What’s a typical day like?
A customer urgently needs specialty tooling — standard lead time is two weeks, but they need it in one. It’s midday, and 15 mandrels must be milled, ground to spec, and ready to ship by end of shift. You coordinate with a teammate, pull the blueprints and blanks, and set up your equipment. Your first-piece inspection is flawless. Every mandrel ships two days ahead of schedule, turning a stressed customer into a loyal advocate who refers new business to Elliott. At Elliott, you don’t just run a machine — you solve real business challenges and make a direct impact every day.
What We’re Looking For:
Do You Have What It Takes?
