What’s a typical day like?
A customer urgently needs specialty tooling — they needed it yesterday. If the tools don’t ship today, their project stalls and they lose money. It’s 4:00 PM. UPS picks up at 5:00 PM. You’re asked to correctly assemble 10 tools in one hour while three other orders still need to be completed today. You coordinate with a teammate, review the assembly blueprint, gather the parts, and get to work. Your teammate takes the remaining orders. Working efficiently and carefully, you finish all 10 assemblies in 30 minutes. Quality verifies them on the spot and they go straight to Shipping. The customer receives their order on time — and is so impressed they start referring colleagues to Elliott. At Elliott, you don’t just fill orders — you make a real impact every day.
