What You’ll Do:
- Driving sales strategy to meet company growth goals.
- Leading a diverse team of sales and support professionals.
- Improving sales performance through scorecards, Sandler sales management, and proven processes.
- Building strong relationships with top customers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Working cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives.
- Representing Elliott at industry events, trade shows, and key customer meetings.
What’s a typical day like?
Your week begins by empowering your Sales Hunters. You’re not just a manager; you’re a coach, dedicating time to one-on-one sessions that translate Sandler theory into real-world results. You’ll help a rising star refine their closing technique and guide a senior team member through a strategic account plan.
By mid-week, your focus expands to the business at large. You’ll lead the charge on our Tube Tool division, meticulously planning for domestic and international growth. This involves deep-diving into regional performance, holding the team accountable for their execution, and collaborating with operations to ensure our sales strategy aligns with our delivery capabilities. You are a vital part of our growth engine.
As the week progresses, you shift from tactics to vision. You’ll define the cornerstone projects and goals that give the Sales Hunters and Application Specialists purpose and direction. You’ll champion their needs in leadership meetings, ensuring they have the resources and support required to dominate their territories.
At the end of the day, you are the driving force behind a high-performance sales culture. Your leadership ensures that every team member is equipped, engaged, and accountable for expanding our footprint and achieving ambitious booking targets.

B2B Manufacturing Experience: You bring a strong grasp of technical products, familiarity with the heat transfer industry, and sales cycles, supported by fluency in CRM, ERP, and marketing platforms.
Travel Requirements: Domestic and International travel up to 35%.
Locally Based: You live within commuting distance of Dayton, OH (or are open to relocation).
