Estas soldaduras son esencialmente las mismas que las soldaduras de sellado, excepto que el agujero del tubo en la l\u00e1mina del tubo contiene ranuras. Esto permite que el metal de relleno se acumule y fortalezca las uniones.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-5 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-margin-top:20px;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p>Si un tubo est\u00e1 soldado a resistencia, la expansi\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica no es t\u00e9cnicamente necesaria, ya que la soldadura act\u00faa como la uni\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica. Sin embargo, muchos clientes a\u00fan siguen optando por la expansi\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica para evitar la corrosi\u00f3n de las grietas. Despu\u00e9s de soldar un tubo, se puede dejar un peque\u00f1o espacio entre el di\u00e1metro exterior del tubo y el di\u00e1metro interior del agujero de la l\u00e1mina del tubo. Con el tiempo, puede producirse corrosi\u00f3n en ese espacio y causar fugas o debilitar la integridad de la uni\u00f3n. Si los rodillos de expansi\u00f3n entran en contacto con el cord\u00f3n de soldadura durante la expansi\u00f3n, se romper\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>Para evitar que los rodillos entren en contacto con la soldadura, se puede utilizar un relieve. Los rodillos de relieve funcionan de la misma manera que los tradicionales, sin embargo, la parte posterior del rodillo tiene un di\u00e1metro menor para evitar que entre en contacto con la porci\u00f3n soldada del tubo. Los rodillos de relieve permiten que el tubo se expanda con normalidad, al tiempo que evitan el fallo prematuro de la herramienta.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-5 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-four\"><h4 class=\"title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:22;--minFontSize:22;line-height:1.5;\">Ajuste de la Profundidad del Rodillo Expansor<\/h4><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-8\"><p>Por lo general, cuando se instala un expansor, los rodillos se colocan ligeramente detr\u00e1s de la l\u00e1mina del tubo. Esto asegura que la herramienta no ruede m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la l\u00e1mina del tubo. Sin embargo, en los casos en que la l\u00e1mina del tubo es m\u00e1s gruesa que la longitud del rodillo, la profundidad del rodillo expansor se puede fijar m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la soldadura.<\/p>\n<p>En este caso, se deber\u00eda utilizar un expansor con rodillos de doble radio. El doble radio se refiere al cono liso que est\u00e1 presente en ambos extremos del rollo. Los rodillos de un expansor tradicional se colocan en \u00e1ngulo con respecto al mandril. Este \u00e1ngulo de alimentaci\u00f3n provoca una acci\u00f3n similar a la de un tornillo que alimenta autom\u00e1ticamente el mandril dentro del tubo a medida que gira. Con la expansi\u00f3n de los pasadores paralelos, los rodillos se colocan en paralelo con el mandril con un \u00e1ngulo de alimentaci\u00f3n de cero grados. Esto significa que el mandril no se autoalimentar\u00e1 como lo har\u00eda un expansor tradicional. En cambio, el mandril es impulsado a trav\u00e9s del expansor debido a la fuerza, causando que el tubo se expanda.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos clientes est\u00e1n exigiendo a los fabricantes que utilicen la expansi\u00f3n de pasadores paralelos en los tubos soldados con sellos, ya que consideran que este proceso puede proteger de mejor manera la integridad de la soldadura. En la expansi\u00f3n tradicional, la alimentaci\u00f3n del mandril introduce una fuerza de tracci\u00f3n en el tubo que puede crear tensi\u00f3n en la soldadura. Con la expansi\u00f3n paralela de los pasadores esta fuerza podr\u00eda reducirse o eliminarse ya que se empuja el mandril hacia dentro del tubo y los rodillos se fuerzan directamente hacia el exterior, en direcci\u00f3n a la pared del tubo.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-9 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2 fusion-one-half fusion-column-first\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-margin-top:20px;width:50%;width:calc(50% -
