Para asegurar una uni\u00f3n adecuada del tubo, la pared del tubo debe reducirse en un porcentaje predeterminado. Con un medidor del agujeros del tubos, determine el di\u00e1metro interior del tubo antes de enrollarlo.<\/p>\n<p>5. Sumar la dimensi\u00f3n encontrada en \u201cD\u201d a la distancia entre el DE del tubo y el agujero del tubo para determinar el DI al contacto metal-a-metal.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-4 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2 fusion-one-half fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;width:50%;width:calc(50% - ( ( 4% ) * 0.5 ) );\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p>6. Enrolle el tubo a lo que considere una buena uni\u00f3n del tubo (por tacto o por un ajuste de torque estimado) y verifique el di\u00e1metro interior del tubo con un calibre de tubo. Tenga cuidado de no rodar demasiado, ya que puede causar da\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>7. Restar \u201cF\u201d del di\u00e1metro rolado para determinar la cantidad de expansi\u00f3n actual (reducci\u00f3n de la pared del tubo) en el di\u00e1metro interior de su tubo.<\/p>\n<p>8. Dado que la cantidad de reducci\u00f3n de la pared determina en gran medida la calidad de la junta del tubo, debe saber qu\u00e9 porcentaje de reducci\u00f3n de la pared es \u00f3ptimo para la aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Esta t\u00e9cnica es una forma excelente de configurar los motores de torque. Comience con el primer tubo y rollo de muestra, mida el DI enrollado, calcule la reducci\u00f3n de la pared y determine si se requiere m\u00e1s o menos reducci\u00f3n de la pared.
