High Pressure

One piece design expanded by torque wrench. Positive sealing in excess of 6,500 PSI. Plug can be inserted to any depth of the tube sheet in order to avoid severely corroded areas on the tube sheet face. No damage to tube sheet.

113 / 123 Series Tube Expanders Captive mandrel design eliminates mandrel nut and concern of nut coming loose inside of tube. Clamp style collar adjustment will not damage cage threads like many competitors' designs can. For tube sizes 1/4" to 2" (6.35mm to 50.80mm) OD with tube sheet thicknesses of 1/2" to 4"(12.70mm to 101.60mm), with 4" (101.60mm) reach (longer reaches available).

ET800 / 1200 Series Tube Expanders All mandrels, rolls, and cages are compatible with Airetool® G800 and G1200 series expanders. Low cost with high performance. Tube Sheet Hole Prep

Tube Hole Gauges

3-point measurement contact much more accurate than common 2-point units. Easy to calibrate in the field so accuracy is maintained. Extended reach available to measure point where rolling will occur. Large easy readout in English and Metric.

Tube Sheet Hole Brushes

Durable brushes clean and remove debris from tube sheet and support plate holes. Brush stems are stainless steel with a double twist for extra life.

Tube Auger / End Prep

Tube Auger is a portable tube end preparation machine. Suitable for removing tube end welds, flared or beaded tube ends, and trimming tube ends as well as preparing tube ends for welding. Standard unit will accommodate 3/4"- 3"(19.05mm - 76.20mm) tube ID.

Tube Insertion

Tube Pilots / Guides

Used to pilot replacement tubes through tube sheets and support plates. Consists of aluminum tapered nose with replaceable nylon brush. Nylon brush centers and holds pilot in place and cleans the tube where it will be rolled.

Tube End Prep

Tube End Facing

Tools use high alloy tool bits with two cutting edges. Non-Ferrous and S.S. tool bits for optimum cutting efficiency. Adjustable collar allows tubes to be faced flush or a specified length from the tube sheet. 3/8" (9.53mm) hex drive.
